We will refund your deposit if you cancel appointment up to an hour before the appointment time.


If payment has been made on Credit Card or Instant EFT, refunds will be through Payfast and take 7- 10 working days to reflect.

If payment is on Debit Card or Snap Scan, we will require your bank details and will manually effect an EFT. Refunds are processed weekly in arrears on Tuesdays. Please allow 10 – 12 days from requesting your refund for your money to reflect in your account.
