Refundable Deposit

We require a fully refundable deposit of R720 for virtual consults prior to making the appointment.

This refundable deposit can be used for payment after consulting with the doctor.

If this is a “follow-up” from a previous consultation, on the same condition, please book here.

Refund Policy

We will refund your deposit if you cancel appointment up to an hour before the appointment time. Please allow 14 days from requesting your refund for your money to reflect in your account.

If you paid by Debit Card or Snap Scan we will need your banking details to manually effect an EFT. Please contact  Reception@villagemed.co.za or 011 788 3404.
